Interlibrary loans

The Learning Centre borrows on your behalf

Looking for a document which is neither in the Learning Centre, nor in a partner library? The Documentation Department will obtain it for you through the Interlibrary Loan (PEB) system.

Step 1: Complete one of the following forms:

► You are a student, teacher, official, or staff of the School
► You are a researcher or PhD candidate in one of the School’s laboratories
  • Use the online form
  • or contact your laboratory’s librarian

Step 2: The Documentation Department teams will identify and contact a French or foreign institution that has the document. The latter will decide on the loan conditions.

Step 3: You will receive an email when the document arrives. You should allow an average of one week after your request.

The Learning Centre lends to other establishments

French or foreign libraries and document centers can obtain copies of articles or certain documents for their users.

  • Free of charge/principle of reciprocity for French public bodies
  • Possibility of payment via IFLA  (International Federation of Library Associations) for other institutions.

All requests are accepted provided that they are issued by an identified document management entity and are sent to bibliotheque[@]
